FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


  • 10 days from the time we recieve all your project information (photos, measurements, inspiration images, etc.)

  • Don’t worry! We will provide you with easy-to-follow instruction on how to take measurements and photographs of your space(s). If you are local to Central Oregon, you are welcome to purchase a site visit and we will come to your home to collect all the information we need.

  • Absolutely! If you have existing pieces, we just ask that you send us pictures and measurements of them so we can show you how they can fit into your design.

  • No problem. We realize not every project falls into the categories of our design packages. In these cases, we will create a custom proposal for you after a short zoom call.

  • Yes! Part of the E-Design process is to have you fill out a Design & Style Questionnaire where we ask questions about your space, your goals, your style and your budget!

  • Because the world of manufactured goods is a rapidly changing one, there is no guarantee that the item specified today will be available three months from now. Because of this, we recommend that you purchase your design package from us when you are financially ready to implement your design. We do offer reselection options for purchase should this happen.

  • After looking over your design, we are happy to make a single revision (reselection of up to 3 items) as part of your design package. Additional revisions may be purchased if needed.

  • Yes! We offer gift certificates for pre-purchased E-Design packages. They make wonderful gifts for Mother’s Day, Valentines Day, for new moms and as housewarming gifts.

  • At this time E-Design servcies are for U.S. residents only.

  • If you’re looking for furniture and decor to complete a redesign or refresh of your space and you enjoy the process of decorating your home, E-Design would be a great option for you!
